Who we are

This website, alphasoftwarehq.com, is operated by Alpha Software Solutions LLC, a limited liability company formed in Florida, United States (“Alpha”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us about this policy at contact@alphasoftwarehq.com.

Information we collect

Project inquiries. When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, and project description, plus — only if you choose to provide them — your company name, service of interest, budget range, and desired timeline.

Emails you send us. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Technical information. Our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. When you submit the form, your IP address is used to apply a short-term rate limit.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal information or confidential business secrets through the form.

How we use information

• To read and respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project.
• To keep a record of business correspondence.
• To operate, secure, and prevent abuse of the website and contact form.

How the contact form works

Your submission is sent over HTTPS to our server code running on Cloudflare, which checks it for completeness and automated spam. If it passes, the inquiry is delivered as an email to contact@alphasoftwarehq.com through our email delivery provider, Resend. The email is sent from our own address; your email address is set as the reply-to so we can answer you directly.

The form does not store your submission in a database on our website. Copies exist in our business mailbox and, for a limited period, in our email provider's delivery logs.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on this website.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you submitted an inquiry.
• Fonts and assets are served from our own domain; the site does not load third-party scripts, fonts, or tracking services.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers, each only for the purpose described:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, security, rate limiting, and our server code. Cloudflare keeps short-lived technical logs of requests.
• Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox. Resend processes the contents of each inquiry in order to send it and keeps delivery logs for a limited period.
• Google Workspace — our business email, where inquiries and correspondence are stored.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Where information is processed

Alpha is based in the United States. Our service providers operate their own infrastructure and may process information in more than one country under their own terms.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security mechanisms to protect the site from attacks. If we introduce analytics, cookies, or an automated spam check that uses browser storage, we will update this policy first.

Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted from our mailbox within 24 months of our last correspondence. If we work together, related correspondence is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

Our providers keep their own technical and delivery logs for limited periods set by their policies, which we do not control. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time, and we will remove it from our mailbox.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@alphasoftwarehq.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will respond to requests in line with applicable requirements.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on our server, rate-limited, and screened for automated spam. Credentials used to deliver email are stored as encrypted secrets with Cloudflare, never in the website's code. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
